Natashia Steed is one of Australia’s most sought-after design and project management leaders, with extensive experience delivering complex, high-value commercial environments across luxury, hospitality and workplace sectors.

Her work is defined by an ultra-refined design sensibility and a proprietary approach to spatial intelligence — an ability to shape environments that feel expansive, resolved and powerful regardless of constraint.

Over many years, Natashia has led the design and delivery of significant projects requiring absolute precision, discretion and regulatory fluency. John Caldwell

Co-Founder

John Caldwell brings more than two decades of leadership across enterprise, property, hospitality and social impact.

He has founded, owned and operated high-profile retail and hospitality venues, built and scaled businesses across Australia and New Zealand, and developed a substantial personal property portfolio driven by a long-standing passion for architecture, design and place-making.

Widely recognised as a media personality, entrepreneur and philanthropist, John was named Australian of the Year (Victoria) for his advocacy and community leadership. His public standing, commercial acumen and long-term perspective provide Tajon with institutional credibility and strategic depth.

At Tajon, John is responsible for vision, commercial stewardship and the broader platform within which the brand operates.
